As subs, revo and ana are bretty different. It comes down to having a sub with dragon/devil killers, a longish CD bind heal, and no row bind heal (ana) versus no killers, a short CD bind heal, a row bind heal, and good stats (revo).

I haven't bothered searching any videos on it, but I reckon revo ceres is probably a beast against MAthena.

Oku and the rest of JP1 got dumpstered as far as Awoken forms go, and Haku is usually inferior to Zuoh now. I'd wait.

If you have Gremory than neither of these pantheons are worth rolling in. Your ideal subs are Akechi Mitsuhide, and Pandora (preferably dupes of either too). The other best sub is Plum, but that's 300kMP.

Her subpool is really pretty specific so it's not easy to use her unless you already have a pretty strong dark box.

It's worth noting that besides Akechi, the Green samurai in the same pantheon as him, Ishida, is an excellent inherit since his boardchange works well with Pandora's.
Ryune is another decent inherit, but its best combo is probably Satsuki and she's not really ideal either. Still, she doesn't break hearts so she's okay, as a somewhat ghetto option.

You have a good start on a water team, I'd keep it. People honestly oversell rerolling. As long as you can get a decent leader that can get you through most of the game, it doesn't matter. Kaede is a really good monster but requires some pretty specific subs to actually take advantage of her.

However it should still be fine because the early dungeons aren't hard and you can get around not having subs by saving your skills for the boss which will probably be your only roadblock starting descends.

Set isn't mandatory at all. My team is very far from optimal because my box is shit and my friends only had Shivadras with Laila actives. Cao Cao also only had normal Ares's active.

A decent run with the proper subs and inherits should have around a 3 combo average with ~140 seconds left. The faster you finish, the better.
