Korwa and frontwater both need nerfs to bring multiple unreasonable builds down to reasonable levels. Ferry could probably do with a light nerf. Nerfing backwater would gut wind very badly. So yes, when the development team are working with a limited amount of time, resources, workforce etc, there are things which should be prioritised over nerfing backwater (which doesn't even need to happen in the first place). Newbie trying this progression thing.. From the guides I've read, it seems that at this point I should be filling up my grid with all the SR weapons that have been dropping off the Omegas, right?

So, should my whole grid be filled with the attack up version of the skill? Or are the health up, healing cap, and critical hit ones any useful?

Also, should I just focus on using the SR weapon with the highest damage at max?(For example the gun for water) and not bother with the dagger and spear)?

A good enough amount of damage isn't going to cut it based on 120 hells amd future content. Each of those other elements received noticeable improvements in their pools via summon weapons which while requiring wgale summons gave them newfound lease. Winds again is not very good nor do they have a particularly good whale summon pool as Joyeuse is kinda weak compared to shit like Gisla or crimson fingers, still good but da caps at a point you'd hit with like 3 of them and then what, use the healing stick? KMR seems to be pushing am agenda for whale pools with farmable damascus and that buffs other elements a lot more. Only one potentially shafted is water depending on frontwater nerf since they have equally poor moon weapon options.

Frontwater= max effect 90% of the time
Backwater= max effect 2% of the time
Even for short fights frontwater has more effective up time, because for backwater it's just 1 turn. Not to mention frontwater has none of the risks backwater has and doesn't require a specific ability (with a long ass animation) to get to max effect.
