I don't play WW, so don't take my word for it, but from what I've heard it's a pretty fun specc and does good dps if you can play it. Plus you can tank or be a healer, so you can potentially farm satchels or solo open world stuff.
When I play mage, it's frost only, even if I am an idiot in regards to casters. I like the frost shards hovering above, the frost orb and ice lances everywhere and I get to cast Blizzard. It's pretty fun for me, but I haven't looked at Legion frost mage yet...I know they finally replaced Frostfire Bolt with...Hailstorm, was it?

The problem with Frost Mages is that their single target rotation is insanely boring in both PVE and PVP, it's slow feeling, unrewarding, and if you get no procs you're literally just spamming the same 2 buttons

Fire and Arcane aren't much different either, they really gutted the fuck out of Mage for Legion.

Chain spam dungeons, and while you're not in queue solo the dungeon

If you can solo Ramparts you can get 1-2 levels from that alone because you don't share the EXP the elites give with anyone else, it's an insanely easy way to level

I find myself soloing instances while leveling more than questing, it's much faster.

If you have full BOAs and take it slow you should be able to solo every instance while leveling, I did it as a WW Monk and was able to just kill everything so insanely quick that I was never in any danger

Having OP enchants on your gear also makes it insanely easy, put vers enchants on everything and it scales so insanely high.

Can anyone explain how Brewmaster tanking is supposed to work and why it doesn't work as well as the rest of the tank roster? I get the idea of stagger and think its an interesting way to tank, but why does it not perform well? Are there any Brew tanks still out there that are doing well? I want to give it a try on the monk I'm currently leveling but all the rumors are just hard to ignore.

I had an 878 one in my heroic dragons yesterday and told him I hadn't seen a good brew tank yet, he said "you haven't met me yet" and then failed to even tank the dragon far enough away from the other group so we kept getting stacks and fell asleep. He left right after.

WoW as a form of escapsim.

So has anyone here ever uses WoW as a form of escapism? We all know there are some serious losers who completely lose themselves in this game and devote upwards of 40 hours a week into their toons. I havnt played WoW in about 4 years but university just broke for the summer and I really want to just completely lose myself in this game. I want to escape into the world of azeroth, completely escape from reality and just grind out some 100's and enjoy the game for what its worth for like a month or two. WoW can be my new drug, my new escape
