Studios only get a lump sum that they already paid for via Funimation type stuff, but that at least shows interest from the western market (not that Japan cares). This is actually how the second episode of MD Geist got made, e.g. there was so much attention for the title in the west, the studio thought it would make sense to make a sequel, much like how Kinnikuman 2 and Sonic X did better in America than Japan, leading to the later seasons still getting made. If you don't at least do that, then you have no right to complain.

SFV is fucking shit. How could the monkeys at Capcom fail so hard? There is a new stage and it's some 9/11 arab shit. Well the thing is that the stage fucking tilts. And not only that, the background gives you motion sickness. This is just one example of how fucking incompetent these apes at Capcom are. They make stages that completey shit on the game. HOW FUCKING HARD IS IT TO MAKE A STATIC 2D STAGE JUST HOW?

You know, it doesn't surprise me that the game has flopped. If it wasn't for Capcom Cup keeping the FGC engaged with the prospect of cash, I am sure the FGC response would be far more toxic than it currently is. This game is trash. On every fucking level. Capcom has proven itself utterly incompetent to handle this great IP. Ono should kill himself. And he should take the development team with him to the hell that awaits them.

You know it's funny they sold a halfassed game for $60 and 8 months later and the netcode is still shit and matchmaking is still slow as fuck but for some reason they still have the manpower to shit out DLC by the week. Atleast Team Ninja had the common decency of actually finishing their games before milking the whales for everything they had.
