What kind of items should I put in a game room?

I don't want to put any fortune cookie items like the Triforce or Koopa shells, just items that could feasibly be in a real-life game room.

This may just be personal preference but with so much of your town covered by paths, it makes it feel very empty and barren. Adding some more trees/bushes/flowers would help a lot.

I just got a pretty spacey layout I like but it has circle grass and oranges (perfect oranges & pears look the ugliest to me).

Is it advisable to use save editing? Like would changing native grass/fruit be "detectable" because they're connected to other variables in the save or something? Or is it more of a matter of a slipperly slope because if I'm going to edit my save, what's going to stop me from just hacking in a full catalogue and everything else.

If you think you have the self control to just change small cosmetic things like your grass or fruit and nothing else, then go ahead.

It's all down to personal preference because you're always going to have people who think any save editing at all is terrible and people who think any save editing at all doesn't matter.

Something glitched up in my character's inventory. There's an item there that literally can't leave my inventory. Right now it's a lava floor, but I can't place it down, put it on the ground outside, or anything. It's just stuck there in my inventory. I can move it to different slots, but I can't get rid of it. Any way to fix this?

I was just about to post about wanting to be able to place furniture outside, all the nice outdoor furniture is pretty pointless when you can't place it outside. Even if you had to pay something to buy the ground you wanted to place it on so it wouldn't make PWPs redundant, I just wish I could. I want to put seating outside of my Patisserie for my villagers to sit at.

More seating areas but with tables like a cafe table, a treehouse PWP would be godly, and seasonal pwps. I also wish there weren't such huge areas around them so you could actually place them near each other/buildings.

I also wish the update had let you place QRs the same way as in HHD, and given us more space for designs.

I think a good way to deal with this in the next AC game would be to make previous PWPs a type of furniture and just have fees for putting any sort of decoration outside. Maybe have new PWPs be more interactive things instead of just idle, like a little area with buckets of water, squirt guns, and water balloons so you can have little water gun wars with your friends and villagers. More stuff that would actually make your town seem a bit more alive and fun, and it would be cute to find your villagers playing around with PWPs like how you can find them sitting on benches and whatnot now.
