my biggest problem with Demonbane is how the absolute best route, the one that gives the story it's most complete and final endings, are the ones most players are likely to get on their first playthrough. That is, Al's Good and True endings.

Ruri's ending is meh, and the nun's is just dull.

Once you've played through Demonbane once, there's no real reason to play again, unless you really want to watch Al Azif go so nuclear with jealousy that she accidentally dooms the planet.
