So there is no point, even if I get good at quickly switching spells, to do two handed with spells?

So I'm trying to play Skyrim, steam launches it, then it goes to the launcher.

When I hit play it just closes the launcher and goes back to Steam's "preparing to launch Skyrim Special Edition"

And it does this continuously. I verified the integrity of my cache, I set both Skyrim and it's launcher to run as admin. Nothing fixes it.

So with Ordinator can I reset my perks more than once somehow?

I uninstalled it and it fucked my perks only giving me 1 to spend at level 11. Then I got it back and it said it reset the perks but it too only left me with 1 perk point at level 11.
