There are several things that depend on what level you put them in

if you have radiation above 50%, it is likely to chance a symptom to another. If it is below 50%, it will change either the chance of a stage proccing (Its effect activating, like giving toxins or making a person sweat) between 0 and its effect_maxm (default 50% per life tick), or its multiplier between 0 and and maxm (default of 1)

Another thing is, if you add a beaker of toxins (The type you can get out of the medvend) IF THE TOTAL AMOUNT IS BELOW 50u IN THE INCUBATOR it decreases the infection chance by 1%, otherwise it kills the virus

To become it you must have your preferences for posibrain set to yes and be a ghost. After its activated it tells ghosts that its active and they can sign up to be it. After a bit a ghost at random is picked and put in it. It gets blue lines and can talk when it has someone in it.

Im guessing Oxygen and Plasma react together to cause an explosion if they are both unstable enough/have a large enough difference in temperature/pressure that they react fast enough to cause a boom. Im guessing if the differences between the two gasses are low, (similar temperature and pressure), they react slowly enough with each other that it doesn't cause a boom, just a sloooooow mixing of Oxygen and Plasma.

This was for a rule rewrite that was never officially completed, and I disagree with their interpretation of the purge ruling.
Purge should be a wildcard. Sometimes the AI will use it to full murderbone, maybe they'll valid hunt extra hard without those pesky laws getting in the way and help the crew, maybe they'll just autism about the whole round in the bar and meme announcements/comms.
There should be a big risk to using it, otherwise it becomes the go-to valid lawset since there's little risk of it backfiring on whoever uploaded it.

To get the best plasma, you need a lot of mols at large temps. I haven't figured out the best way to do that, but trying out one-tanks is gonna be your best bet.
