The japanese Combat mod combined with legendary difficulty is nice, but SPERG and the Complete Crafting Overhaul seem to fuck balance up completely. Smelting and reusing armor, really?

Here's my story.

When I first started playing Skyrim, which was my first ES game because I'm a pleb, I had to put it down. See, I have whatever you call that phobia of large bodies of water. Even pictures of oceans scare me something. Anyways. I start up my game, make a character, escape Helgen, and then dipped from whoever i was following as soon as we got out. I came to that lake/river the runs the River Wood and was already kind of nervous. But, after running along the shore for a while, I notices some dragonflies. I had caught a few butterflies, so I was like fuck it, I'll be a badass insect collector. Then I noticed that wherever the were dragonflies, there were little fish. I got a little braver and. little braver. But while I was swimming g through the shallows picking Salmon out of the seaweed... It came upon night. Shit got real. Once it got dark I started getting spooked. I tried swimming for shore but got turned around and found some weird sunken ship.If this didn't havd ms spooped enough, then came the red dots. I've never played ES before. I didn't k ow what a Slaughterfish was. Before I knew it, i was in an irl sweaty panic and my in game avatar was a waterlogged corpse. I seriously put Skyrim away for a few months before I played it again.

I'm not so bad as I was back then. But water i can't see the bottom of still makes me nervous. That's my story. Thanks for reading!

Came across an odd glitch , playing skyrim on my toaster with plenty of mods, I can run it on high with no problems. Averaging 25-30fps

How much into the game are you? It'll let you read a book and set your class/skills and all that so it just modifies your stats. Then if you don't have enchanting as a focused skill it lowers it and also will decrease the xp you gain from it whenever you do it.

Is Armed to the Teeth more stable than, say, Equipping Overhaul?

For some reason I was getting a CTD on Equipping Overhaul if I'd load a save and forget to "hide" my gear with my hotkey the second the save loaded, then re-enabling gear to be shown after waiting a few seconds.

Just wondering if AttT or some other mod with a similar functionality will allow me to see favorites weapons on my character's person without suffering potential CTD's at very inopportune times.

What's the maximum limit on mods for old (not Remastered) Skyrim?
