If you're going toplane then go on-hit Teemo for mad dueling skills. You want gunblade and runaan's at a minimum, after that pick and choose. Mallet synergizes well with his kit especially if you do pick up a liandry's later. Nashor's is always a good item on him too. Lich Bane gives you a bit more burst.

Out of curiosity how were you building AP/mpen Teemo? I see a lot of people try to build that and fuck up the order.

Rush the haunting guise. It gives AP, health, and mpen, everything you want. Stacking Mpen as fast as possible is how you build him. Rushing Liandry's into sorc boots is the right way to go though. For my final damage item I get a Nashor's (for melting towers and more DPS) or sometimes a Morello if I have a need for the grievous wounds or more mana. Lichbane is also an acceptable final item for AP Teemo. I finish him off with a second defensive item usually. The key to this build is shrooms.

I never build Nashor's early on Teemo, there's more valuable items to get on him first. But Runaan's has a nice on-hit damage effect and its passive also lets you wave clear a lot faster since your shrooms will be low power in that build so they can't clear waves as quickly, and since duelist teemo makes a mean splitpusher wave clear is pretty essential.

Jax can deny Nasus a lot of stacks but if Nasus goes E max there isn't much he can do from stopping Nasus from getting farm. Wither is also a bitch to deal with as Jax is attack speed based. Jax typically doesn't build pen items so later on you're not going to damage Nasus much, but this is at the like 35-40 minute mark.
