I play as whoever is necessary for the team to have a decent composition, with some personal preferences. Which means I play as basically any character but mostly tanks and healers.

It certainly takes a lot of playing to get everything with just earned boxes, but to get everything you personally want? Not really.

I got Mercy's Witch skin, Ana's candy emote and a bunch of other stuff without paying. Most of the rest was shit I can live without like sprays.

Campaign story is really boring and nonsensical, and I really tried to like it

MP I'm not sure, I think people thought it was too "slow", even though it's really a blast to play.

I'm glad they're switching gears for their next game tho

Until Dawn is low on puzzles or anything like that. It's closer to Heavy Rain or The Walking Dead game. It's basically a visual novel with pretty graphix and good performances from the actors.

Oh for sure. A regular first time playthrough is around 8 hours and it has some replay value with the endings, nothing huge though.

I enjoyed it more than I would just watching because I played with my headphones on and the game is genuinely spooky, so having control added to that element. A lot of jump scares but they're pretty fun in this sort of thing.

What is it with kids and playing sniper classes? Why do they just sit in remote places taking pot shots all game?

"quickscoping" as it's called today is a thing in a lot of games. Like counter strike. You use the AWP, aim, snapshot, pull back. In call of duty, you can aim down the sights and fire before the animation for aiming finishes, but keep the full accuracy bonus for instant, usually one hit kills. Also not unlike counter strike, you can swap weapons to reset the bolt animation, meaning you can chain fire three or four or however many bullets in the mag before you have to stop.

Call of duty basically took this benign "feature" and made it central to the gameplay for the last 5 or 6 installments.
