I'm planning to make a Rogue, and I'm wondering if its worth going full dex, if I have something like 64%(Werewolf+Sneaky Hit 10) fixed crit chance, or if I should do something dumb like 2dex:1str

One of the huge problems with Rogue is it is designed for a word where full or near full DEX is not always optimal, but that world died with R8 and was already dying with R7. No amount of STR makes up for the fact that a skill's base damage is huge and that critting multiplies that base damage - STR is effectively just for block penetration now and you don't even need that if you don't care about PVP.

So as a result Sneak Hit is essentially wasted. I have 9 ranks into it but I don't fail to crit without it ever so there's like no point in having it on.

I have 100 invested str on my archer 30 con and the rest is dex, my build works around multi shot, broom trap, flare shot and etc. billions of "weak" multi-hits. I still hope that they will buff str somehow.

I guess I'll swift some DEX points to STR in this case(In case Sneaky Hits adds a flat crit chance before taking into account crit rate - crit def).

Most of the valuable things that DEX gives, someone who will get 2 circles in Rouge like me will get for "free", that would be a lot of evasion and crit chance from swift step/sneaky hit(since I plan to use use Werewolf cards).
And I have access to sissels, crit rate headgears plus lvl 7 gems, which makes me thinking that stacking so much crit is less worth than investing some points in str.

They'll probably add the first large kTOS patch (after rank 8) when this Halloween event ends. It makes perfect sense.
The Halloween event drops a lot of materials that cannot be obtained yet, and are used for crafting items not in the game but soon to be added.

Miko comes like 2 large patches after that. So if they keep the same rate (large patch every 6 weeks), we'll get it next year.

So I have most of my skills (there's like 7 skills) to 50% and my main DPS skill to 60%. All I'm lacking is Practonium. I got my Sisses, Max Peta's, 3 Physical hats, Demonas and armor ready.

What do I do with this cash now? There's literally nothing to spend it on that I can think of. Other than more attributes. There's nothing in AH right now. Should I just sit on this until I get Practonium so I can trans / enhance without worry? Or should I buy about 60 x 100k cards to get my last Glass Mole level 10?

The problem is this blocking healing build has 0 kill pressure unless the enemy actually fucks up really bad. It is an anti-CC support build that can't perform its function because IMC is incompetent.

I think a CC based archer is an awesome idea and should definitely exist, but not with the uptime and complete immunity to counters that it has.
