Blue-Eyes gets access to Thousand Eyes Restrict that doesn't die at the end phase

Level 4 decks get ANOTHER card that gives use to Norden

Level 5 decks get access to Raideen, Dark Balter, stunshit

Level 6 gives you a Rhapsody in steroids, Ryu Senshi that's antitrap stunshit, or Bloom Diva to sack games

Level 7 decks get access to another sacky bullshit monster (Cyber Ogre 2), Odd-Eyes Vortex for pendulum decks, Chimera Rafflesia for easy removal and something unkillable in battle that searches Instant Fusion when it gets to grave, AND Last Warrior for fuck's sake

Level 8 gets access to Panther Dancer and Wind Witch Crystal Bell, a double piercing beater with Orichalc, and a variety of double attackers

Level 9 gets access to a 3200 Armades and Merkabah for extra stunshit

Level 10 gets access to Cyber End, Goyo Emperor and Exterio

It has too much applications, a lot more than Cyber-Stein does

life points may not matter in small quantities, but with something like Cyber-Stein that takes out a huge fixed chunk it actually matters
