I think the bloodtinge is the closeness of your blood to the blood of the old ones. The power usually manifested in blood is the healing ability that was all the blood ministration goings on, but I think the quicksilver bullets are made using the hunter's blood to use that power for damage rather than healing or whatever.

It almost never actually plays a factor in the game since during PvE you upgrade your weapon frequently enough it'll never break, it's just a tedious little step that doesn't really add anything to the game. At least in DaS1 it made sense since special weapons took durability for using their special attacks.

What gemmed up completed builds do you guys have?

I've got one strength, one dex, one pure arcane based mainly on squid, one BLT with a bit of STR and one arc/dex.

Squid build gets the most use by far. I'm actually really bummed because squid build is by a wide margin the most fun to use out of any build in the entire franchise. Everythign about it is unique and fun.

I want to try a wheel build or a really maxed out BLT but the gem farming starts to get outrageous.

I have an Arcane build, a BLT build, and a Skill build. Working on a Strength build right now, but no Strength weapons really interest me so I've little motivation for it all.

My Skill build gets the most use by far. Burial Blade is too good.

Assuming you have PS+, exit the game when you're right at the boss door. Go to your PS4's settings, around somewhere where it says Application Saved Data and make a backup of your BB data from your storage.

Then, go and do the boss. If you don't get the drop you want, exit the game, go back to ASD and restore the backup from your online storage.

The Church Pick has thrust gems to ride off on, so its AR actually manages to hit very close. It's a fantastic weapon in general. I ran some numbers on it for another anon two or three threads ago.

IIRC, Rakuyo has no innate Strength scaling, so even with the Heavy Abyssals, you won't be getting an impressive number.

BoM is in the same boat as the Rakuyo, except it has shitty split damage. Might be even worse.

Burial Blade will be pretty decent if you go 50/25.
