This content has been out for years and years now, all it takes is a few competent people who do their research and a vocal RL and you'll clear content no problem.

From the looks of Legacy logs and Realmplayers they are about as average as any other normie guild when it comes to clear times, so I'm sure if 25 of their best players were transplanted into Wotlk they'd breeze through a lot of that content no problem.

Sadly i was raiding with friends and helping my guild from time to time back then so only ever did him a few times Pre Nerf ( LK ) but the rest of it was awesome.

And for cata i honestly really enjoyed Cata for the raiding wise ( Besides for DS ) and doing Heroic Firelands was the best thing ever Pre Nerf heroic Rag was probably one of the most enjoyable and toughest fights ive done to date, I remember doing H Ryholith and having our driver get really fucking mad and punching a hole through his desk funniest shit ever hearing him go mental over Vent.... Sur Nostalrius, tout est fait pour que les joueurs retrouvent une ambiance pré-BC optimale & agréable : les joueurs y méritent leur équipement et réveillent ensemble tous les bons souvenirs du pré-BC !

There's a reason for why people stopped using it as WoW got more and more competitive. The ability to distribute or even funnel loot to the exact members you want is a huge advantage, but it can also be a huge disadvantage if you do it incorrectly.

Honestly I don't understand how Infamy and Arteras allows for Grude to get full t2, rejuv and other pieces and be next in line for Lok'amir.

Same thing can happen with other classes aswell or if certain classes unite better than others. For example warlocks bidding pennies for Band of Dark Dominion so they can outbid mages in shared loot.


Seriously I see no benefit to going any variation of DKP against LC, since not only it can be as corrupt as LC, it's more corrupt than LC in it's nature because it forces for classes to form alliances against each other.

Proper loot councils distribute it based on how much it increases the overall raid DPS.

Sometimes that means funneling gear, other times not.

Regardless like I said, if you're in a relevant top end guild loot council provides the highest raid DPS when done correctly. I'll admit it's hard to do correctly, though.
