I mainly play games on my Xbone. But, I always have money lying around, and I feel I should switch things up for a change.

I'd like to get a Vita, mainly to play some PS1 games like FF8 and Xenogears. If there's a Vita game that's worth buying and isn't a generic animu tits JRPG or Souls-trash, I might want to play it.

Plus has all the DLC, an extra dungeon, the swimwear stuff (though not sure if you can still get that anyway if you didn't preorder), and a couple of really small changes that don't impact the game.

You're not really missing much besides an extra dungeon if you can get the DLC in your country, so may as well go for it.

Also, what country are you from? Do you know why it wasn't released? I always thought it was weird it was rated R18+ in Australia, I'd be much more comfortable with a kid playing this than almost any other game on the market.

It adds plenty of Quality of Life improvements as well as new content, yes. It polishes it for the most part and the only sort of negative parts are how sometimes the new scenes inserted between old ones sort of don't factor in how close characters are by that point. I like the characters and the music better, but the game is really too easy.

For the record I beat Shallie+ extra bosses on highest difficulty using gears I made on first playthrough without using a single healing item. Not even E&L+ was that easy.

Xcom is on Vita though it's a bit rough in the framerate department though it's playable.
Disgaea 3 and 4 are good too. Disgaea 4 has a demo you can try.
I thought Noire's game was okay, but I'd definitely wait for the next sale on it. It was like $6 last time it was on sale.
If you're okay with PSP then Jeanne d'Arc is pretty good.
If you're okay with PS1, then Front Mission 3 is fantastic.

There are about 30 notes like this. Each of them are usually one or two pages.

Then, on screen there are occasionally instructions or descriptions, but they are fairly infrequent.

All in all not much text, but you do need to understand some of them to progress.

As an example, some of the notes are used for a puzzle. The one I posted is one of the 4 notes that describes a logic puzzle.

Glad you're having fun, they're doing something right then. I don't think I'll play another SAO game unless they change something drastically. And that's totally fine, not everything has to be tailored for me especially.

But really, don't take the disagreement about the SAO setting as something like "everyone hates SAO games in vitagen" since really, you should be free to talk about any Vita game here. You don't have to complain about people hating the game, just talk about it with the people who are interested and go wild. Discussion is always encouraged, at least from me.
