First, the potg system needs to go. As it is now, because it works almost entirely around kills in a single moment, it keeps convincing bad players that they're good. A hanzo gets a potg because his Zarya or his Rein sets up his dragon, thus he thinks he's doing well despite the fact that his hero did nothing for the team outside of some easily healed damage. Same can apply to Junkrat, though he's a bit different as there are some maps he's actually good on.

Basically, potg's often reward bad players, making them think they're good. And yes, I get potg even though I rarely think they're anything that actually won us the game.

ENTIRE TEAMFIGHTS are won/lost because of Zarya shields, they are that fucking good.

The's a good reason other games put invincibility on several minute cooldowns, it's completely game-breaking.
