Is Apocalypse spells any good? Looking for just one major spell mod to use.

I don't have any other gameplay mods except TK dodge, which has been quite fun for ducking and weaving arrows and spells at range, but I want to throw more spells than just icicles/fireballs

I really recommend getting a perk overhaul mod though, it makes everything more fun.

When taking into consideration that Skyrim is scaled down, does Lanterns of Skyrim placing lanterns on roads make sense? I find it unlikely that the inhabitants of Skyrim would be able to continuously place fresh candles (and light and extinguish them) along roads that must span many miles.

I'm playing an orc that was taught to hate magic but is now in Skyrim and realizes magic is stronk.

So, the playthrough is basically all about her going from pure orc smash melee to some sort of hybrid magic melee build.

I'm just not sure how to do it. I was thinking two handed swords only with magic to make it stronger, have defense and provide ranged options.

Like I said, I'm not great with builds so I'm just trying to make it all work with the theme I have going. I'm not sure on heavy vs light and which two or three types of magic I should focus on.

The aesthetic I have in mind is something like a world of warcraft shaman and an orcish mage. I sorta lumped those two ideas together.

On a scale of 1-Completely Fucked, how fucked is Open Cities? Using it with Special Edition since the beginning and was finding weird issues, like Brynjolf not appearing in the Riften Marketplace for his quest or certain vendors not outside in the Windhelm market, so I uninstalled it. WhenI loaded my game back up, ALL NPCs were missing from inside cities. So it was either start a new game, use the console to re-add every NPC in potentially every city, or just reinstall it and live with the various odd issues I'd just started noticing.

I reinstalled it.

Is getting gelded the only way of stopping yourself from ruining your saves with sexmods?

Open Cities to me has always been a completely fucked mod. It has to many incompatibilities and it always fucks up something.

Best bet it to just start a new game without Open Cities.

So I'm changing a character's RM preset over to a custom race from a vanilla one, but every time I load the preset it's completely fucked. Is there anything I can do with it? When I switch headparts it looks less bad but the textures are way off and there's a giant neckseam.

Is it to do with the sculpting or what? Can I undo all sculpting? That'd be easier to fix than starting from scratch.

Having a very weird ENB issue, like 25% of the time I enter an interior location the brightness and contrast go completely out of whack leaving everything super washed out. Going back outside fixes it.

It depends on your combat mod setup.In vanilla it works fine. You just stunlock everything. Heavy armor doesn't slow you down enough to stop you from backpedaling most of the time.
The lack of destruction damage scaling starts to hurt eventually though, but that's normal. Most combat mods tend to penalize you for using magic in heavy armor.
