Switch engineering to medbay, medbay to science and science to engineering and it's perfect. Science should be closer to mining and the roid (closer for materials, can use same shuttle for crater) still somewhat close to medbay to deliver stuff. Medbay is closer to sec and engineering is near the tools and more isolated instead of surrounded by other departments that will inevitably go up in flames when engineering fucks up.
