Use it from behind your team, just as they're engaging. The enemy's going to be too distracted by them to properly see you and hide.

Use it to just keep the enemy away to give your team some breathing room, you can use it like this to easily lock down an area without even killing anyone.

The biggest mistake I see people do with it is try to get on a flank to get that big 4-kill+ Ult. McCree belongs in the middle of his team; while you're out slowly farting around on a flank, your team is likely losing the engagement. By the time you finally get in position for that sick Ult, the rest of your team is either dead or falling back, so the enemy can instantly focus you and murder you.

There's a good few that would do better, but as long as you don't mindlessly feed zarya charge or healer ult you won't be an absolute detriment to your team

His kit is heavily weighed towards holding flank routes and shit. Bear trap is only really effective if you set it up beforehand, meaning it's not so hot on attack. Concussive mine can be used more in the thick of combat, but his main fire is better holding back a team push than trying to dig out an entrenched group

At any point zarya gets in range Dva just boosts out. Dva should never die to a zarya, she just gets zoned. That said, her ability to be a nuisance more than a direct threat is why I mostly play her on attack to reach hanzos and such perched in off spots away from the main group. The majority of main characters are your typical straight, white and usually brunette male. This means that a lot of minorities out there (ie usually the majority of the community itself) is left without characters they can relate to.

Armor halves damage dealt up to a maximum of subtracting 5 damage per hit.
Zarya deals damage at a constant stream rather than by hits, so the armor gets fucked up trying to reduce damage. It takes away a tiny fraction of it as a result.
