buy wanted mods like heavy caliber and tempo royale and post them on warframe.market People will sell HC for 18p, sell at 35. TR at 30p sell at 55

Aside from looking ridiculous I don't see how the Opticor is that bad. With the three fire rate mods on you can shoot it instantly, and its charge rate is super short. Unless I'm missing something obvious they don't seem too dissimilar.

Status/fire rate build Staticor is my main, I just want something for dealing with bosses immune to AOE damage.

Walking up to an enemy and smacking him in the face with a fuckhuge sword presents a lot more risk than just popping him in the face from across the room, and that kind of warrants a reward in the form of more damage. Stabbing someone with a generic knightly sword and twisting it will do a lot more organ damage than a bullet, especially if that bullet failed to fragment. It's just that guns can stab people with bullets much faster than you can stab people with sharp objects, and do it from further away. Hitting someone wearing a ballistic plate with a hammer or spike will also be more effective than a low-mass, low-momentum bullet that gets stopped entirely.

Having maxed efficiency, around 155% Power Strength, and going melee are assumed.

You can play around with it, that's the most optimal way I found for myself. If getting critical hits make your weenie hard - you can remove the Blast combo in favor of True Steel and Organ Shatter. I wouldn't recommend doing that, but it'll work.

Going 90% is a bad idea - armor fucks you up. You can use a full 90% build for enemies without armor, though, but I don't like swapping weapons around.

Drifting Contact might be a Buzz Kill alternative for 500+, but I'm not sure about it, has yet to be tested. No point in running it on low levels, though.

If you like spam only waves and can afford blinding everything all the time - you can go for Gas EBlade by swapping the Blast combo for 90% toxic and either a Drifting Contact or Buzz Kill.
