Ha. I thought the class was just godawful(it might be, who knows). I just got lucky in my packs and got pretty good lategame legendary, like a satan, the bitch that gives evolution points, odin. I play these three and mostly early game tokens + taunts to stop aggro, 2-3 healing cards, the amulet for draw + finish amulet. I am just unsure what to use for removal, I'm using 3 priest of the crudgel(these niggas are mvp as fuck). I also use the kill all less than 2 life and kill 2 random enemy ammy.

The best taunt is the 2/2 for 3 that reduce dmg by 1. It won me so many games with people suiciding their 1/1 in it before their brain registered what it did. It literally won me about 10 games.

Midrange Sword, Control Sword, and Elana Haven all have positive matchups against it. They are all commonly used decks. Blood Bat also can do really well with it. That means the deck isn't impossible to beat. In general like all of the best decks it sits a little above 50% in winrate.

It's considered one of the best classes in the game by all top players. Usual opinion is that Forestcraft is better, but Forestcraft decks are all luxury so they're not common and they're synergy decks so it usually takes a decent pilot.

Havencraft is really cheap to build and one of the easiest decks to pilot, so it has massive representation among lower ranks. And like you mentioned, cards like the 2/2 that reduces damage or Priest of the Cudgel are awkward to play around so a lot of new players get scooped up by the deck. It's not too problematic if you understand the match up, but again even if you do and you're winning the entire game it takes twice as long to finish as it does for any other given deck because of stall tools and healing.

I didn't realize how bad it truly was until I played this game. I'm not gonna bash hearthstone, because I do enjoy it, but the RNG was ridiculous to the point where there was too much leverage for the shittier player to misplay and still come out on top. Karazhan was also amazingly shitty. Hopefully the next piece of content is better but I want to give Shadowverse a good chance.

Elana Haven outvalues the shit out of it, makes sure your storm doesn't mean shit with all the healing, and banishes your ramp.

This game is fun but my god is the UI beyond garbage. Are there any plans to work on a new UI or entire client for PC? Its really hard to see what you're attacking and with what because there is no special cursor for the game and the little dotted line is hardly visible on the bright as fuck backgrounds.

RNG effects are practically minimal, several cards have them but it rarely decides games like in HS. Cards are statted much different too. I'm pretty sure SV has no 1/3 1 drops and if it does it definitely doesn't have a scaling ability like mana Wyrm or Trogg. Basically earlygame cards are generally weak across all classes and make it really hard for one playing to snowball out of winning range like what happen to you in HS. The first turns are very back and forth in temp orientated decks. The evolution system helps that a lot, you'll have to see it yourself to understand it, but think of it as a buff that a player behind on the board can give to a minion for free to get tempo again. Class identity and cards are neat too, please play some.


You'll spend less on it to get equally competitive decks as well.

Crafts/classes don't have unique actions but instead are divided by theme both in deck mechanics and aesthetics. If you've played Magic, the easiest comparison is to call every craft a separate color. If you haven't, think of it as picking one mechanic to build your deck around before deciding where you fall on the aggro-control spectrum.

The meta itself is extremely diverse, 4/7 crafts are represented in the very top tier, and tier 2 is close behind bringing full representation of the crafts. At the current time there're about 10 deck archetypes represented at tournament play level.

There're more things that distinguish the game but they're difficult to understand without playing it. The major mechanical difference between this game and other card games is the evolution system, which without going into it, is a limited universal resource that lets you pay for tempo swings.

Basically I want to fill my deck with tons of answers for cards (board clears, removal, etc. However this game provides those) with few important minions, and win by attrition and outlasting my opponent. Against aggressive decks this is staying alive and out-living their onslaught till they've got almost nothing left, and against other control decks this is more of a strategy of "do I spend this resource now or later" where it can decide the game.

You may be looking for Heal Havencraft then, though be warned that it is susceptible to being rushed down by aggro in the early stages since you need a few turns to get set up.

The other viable Control option is in Swordcraft, but i'm not sure how you'd like that since it mostly consists of trading minions and setting up wards until you can drop fatties. Not really many answers to other minions other than to trade with your own, but it does a good job at stopping aggro nonetheless.

1. Uninstall the game.
2. Make new Steam account.
3. Reinstall the game.
4. Roll for what you want.
5. Repeat steps 1-4 until you are satisfied.

=If you want to play the game on your main Steam account with the good rolls=
1. Get the link code from the account with the good rolls.
2. Uninstall the game.
3. Log back into your main Steam account.
4. Reinstall the game.
5. Use the link code you saved in step 1.
