I feel like if I learned how to have fun playing this game I would be able to relax more, but I only play games for competition and improvement, there is no "fun" aspect to them, the fun is getting better and winning, and it seems that nobody else plays that way.

About improving, have you tried replay.gg?
Looking at your games afterwards is usually a better way to spot mistakes. A personal tip I can give you is to only look at wins or defeats that are pretty fucking close so that you know what mistakes you made that threw the lead a bit or gave the enemy a chance. Looking at total defeats might just tilt anyone harder.

I can't really describe it, it's just a feeling that people have on their main characters with certain skins, animations aren't as smooth or particle effects are annoying.

I know plenty of yasuo mains who hate project because of it, and the same was true with riven's I've talked to/heard about championship riven. Generally only a problem on champions who need to cast a lot of spells in quick succession over long fights
