Blitz devs aren't as retarded, they've actually balanced a number of long standing things WGRU won't touch on PC (ie buffed outdated premiums, most 75 and 76mm guns have more alpha, Russian tanks got nerfed DPM, +1 MM at all tiers, etc.).
