Where does that even come from. Is Miraak truly the canonically first dragonborn? And is "The last dragonborn" just a sort of reference to the player being the latest dragonborn, or is he truly the last (and where does it actually say so, besides a few random people just saying "THE LAST DRAGONBORN")

Ordinator gives you tonnes of perks to choose from, I think there are like over 150, but it's all structured in a way so that they don't overload you. Overall I would say that it offers more customizable gameplay than vanilla or SPERG.
