I regret not considering this, I've just been seeing how badly I can break her AI/what her parry frames are for the last hour
if you can back her into a corner and cut off her dash away you can stunlock her to death with any fist weapon, can also do it on phase 3 but it's harder to get her close to a wall at that point in the fight
there was also a point in phase 2 where she stopped moving completely when she got stuck underneath Ariandel, and another time where she looped her healing animation long after the heal proced when Ariandel came charging in her direction and I hit them both at the same time

I'm fucking around with the Follower's Torch.

This thing would be pretty cool but it has one really huge flaw: It doesn't have a two-hit combo. It literally does not have enough hitstun on its attacks to do a followup.

That being said the WA is actually pretty sick. I wish you could get that WA by offhanding this thing.

The only time I took a while (and I mean a long while) was to actually go down into the pit of insects because I couldn't find a smarter way to get down and didn't want to just jump. DLC is fucking great, just finished it after 6 or so hours

in size it's bigger than AotA, in terms of quality it's better than all of the DLC's from Das2

The pve was a blast, the new weapons are dope as fuck, and songs for the bosses are great, and the armors look rad

having an arena is a nice bonus though i won't touch it much

Gravetender was better than gank squad, elana, smelter 2.0, ava, and lud and zallen

only thing i'm disappointed about was the lack of bosses, at least one more would have been perfect

One of my favorite weapons, although I'm probably never going to use it because I don't like how much of a tryhard it makes the user out to be. It isn't very good in PvE, but it's a phenomenal PvP weapon that is a direct, hard counter to estoc turtling.

finished the DLC using the crow talons, spent about 2 hours on the Friede and ~50 minutes doing everything else. The WA absolutely demolishes her in both phase 1 and 3, but the L1 by itself is sometimes good enough since there's instances where if you stagger her enough times in a row she'll just give up and won't try to break free. Most of the deaths occurred in phase 2 to Ariandel's ass taking up the entire screen.
Overall a pretty shitty DLC, I liked it more than Shulva but not as much as Old Iron King or Ivory King, and certainly not as much as TOH
