I've never won against Face Dragon using Royal before. This matchup is awful.

I've come to the conclusion haven is actually a strong pick in take 2 simply because every other faggot runs sword or shadow.

I also think sword counters dragon despite both being top picks. But I feel like dragon might be better against haven? Rune is IMO the only weak pick in take 2 overall, blood and forest are both fine but should draft with a game plan in mind.

Normal midrange is more stable and usually has no particular bad matchups while PTP will beat most control decks but is super reliant on drawing the right cards. Lot of players run a sort of hybrid of both just so the tempo build has a win condition against heavy control decks like Alex sword.

If you want face fairies you're going to need some more tempo cards. I'd probably replace Elf Guard with Metallurgists at the very least. Noble Fairy isn't a face card, I'd cut her and put in an additional source of damage like Cynthia/Wind God/Mana Elk.

unlike a lot of other "play two card effects" elf guard doesnt pay for itself, you have to pay 3 cards and, unless your opponent is completely face based and wont fight you for board you only get +1/+1. its a pretty big card disadvantage compared to other cards you could be playing, but obviously those other cards are more expensive dustwise, blessed fairy dancer is a good replacement until you get the money together to have a bunch of the more expensive threats

Even control decks find Satan too slow nowadays and you think an aggro deck would use it? It's gonna be a fucking brick the whole game because you lose by 10.

And even if you survive till 10, keep in mind dropping Satan is a huge risk in itself - you pay your entire turn to drop a vanilla 6/6 that does nothing. Then on your next turn you're praying you don't get Astaroth's Reckoning or Servant of Darkness cause they also do fucking nothing.

For sure banish is strong, before DE when Haven was not the aggressor class, Baldy and Scripture was mainly looked at as the thing that makes the matchup hard for Shadow players, and was mostly accepted as par for the course. But now it's not the case and it's the fact that Haven can banish stuff aggressively that's stupid, as they don't have to worry about last words impeding their progress.
