No, neither are fake. Extra Vlad is Vlad from the end of his life when he felt great despair, warped by innocent monster ability, and warped by Seraphic Monstrosity ability.

He is Vlad innately, however his heart has changed in a few ways, but he is absolutely not fake. Its like how Lancer Arthuria is still Arthuria or something. Its hard to say even Apoc Vlad is the perfectly true one, since he's also based around the idea of Vlad as a hero. His nature might be more heroic than normal in that sense.

Innocent monster is a skill that changes you slightly based on perception, but it does not create an entirely new person.

Her dodge is on a 5 turn CD and it gives 3 turns of crit weight to draw almost all your stars to her.
If you're using her as your crit whore, you'd be popping it for the 50% crit damage anyway.
After having Okita and Scat as my go-to team for half a year and trying out Jack, I really prefer Okita, when you have a third servant with a twice CE to consistently make 20+ stars per turn. Scat can clear archers easily while Okita has sort of an emergency star weight skill and a crit damage skill that lets her crit sabers to death even without a class advantage, and her NP gain is enough that she'll likely have her NP up for anything else.
If all else fails, Okita can take over as main damage dealer if card or Scat's skill proc rng doesn't go your way, while Jack's base attack is quite a bit lower with the 0.9 class multiplier and her quick card saturated deck. The class triangle coverage really helps keep both of them alive longer.
I've run into a lot of times when I'd have 20ish stars with Jack+Scat, against a bulky saber and Jack just couldn't draw the stars to herself to cover the threat, while with Okita and Scat, I could actually clear that saber Camelot node without casualties.
Sure it's not the most efficient for farming. Scat wouldn't be my first choice for Saber dominated map, but it's a comp that I find can deal with pretty much anything outside of the last few Nero challenges.
As a bonus, if you have Evil Cat to swap in, you have full quick meme triangle coverage.

I tried doing 5 copies of Mata Hari CE + 1 LB'd Mata Hari CE to the Golem Fight.
