So far all thats been changes is some new images for the UI and number changes, no way does that equal a 3gb patch
What else is there?

Now Torb isn't reliant on making suicide dives to get scrap. Get the safe scrap you can, leave what's out of your reach. The passive scrap guarentees him armor packs, whereas before you're reliant on diving (and usually dying) or your team being able to wipe them.
