Emunand to ARM9LH guy here. I successfully got arm9lh with luma running on my system but my savegame for "Zelda a link to the past" on GBA's virtual console is lost, I have a sysNAND backup anyway, I suspect my save is trapped in the sysNAND backup on my SD since GBA games had to be installed on both NANDs.

How can I get this back?

That Warioware is a port, not a virtualisation. Same for the Advance Wars DSiWare game.
