That's not entirely accurate, you can put great textures up there, but you have absolutely no control over the compression. It's very hard to get clean lines when setting a hat up for paint and still have any complexity in that color.

Also, if you're on BLU, you can see all the sentry spots when you're in spawn, and I don't understand people who don't immediately check all the corners for both sentries and spies before the doors even open. Hey guys. I sorted the TF2 classes into Sonic Heroes teams for fun.

Team Sonic would be Scout, Heavy and Medic. Like Team Sonic, these are all iconic characters. Scout moves fast like Sonic. Heavy's great strength rivals Knuckles's. Much like Tails, Medic supports his friends, but can still fight.
"Don't you EVER cross me again!" - Scout after defeating many of Eggman's Robots at once
"You. Eggman. You are DEAD!" - Heavy when he sees Eggman

Sniper, Spy and Engineer would make up Team Chaotix. If you underestimate either of these odd bunches, you'll end up on the floor before you can reconsider. Spy uses stealth tactics and trickery much like Espio. Sniper is like Vector, he's much more mellow than the other mercenaries and you know you can rely on him when it counts. Engineer is like Charmy, too often people wave him away as useless, only to get stung again and again.
"Was there ever any doubt?" - Spy on completing a level
"Ya best keep lyin' down, mate." - Sniper after taking out many of Eggman's Robots

Demoman, Soldier and Pyro would be Team Dark. They are all very destructive classes, with the capability to inflict grievous damage on anyone who gets in their way. Soldier is like Shadow because he moves quickly, and can destroy enemies in the blink of an eye. Demoman is like E-123 Omega. You might question this one, but Demoman views his enemies as obstacles instead of actual people. He kills them without forethought or remorse, a tendency enabled because he tends to fight while blackout drunk. Pyro is like Rouge (NOT because he's a girl.) because he's a specialist, who prefers to use other techniques than fighting people upfront.
"I'm going to liquify ye." - Demoman when he encounters Eggman's minions
"Hooah!" - Soldier when him and his team fly through bonus rings

So that's it guys. Please let me know what you think and how I could improve it.

It's fun. Ignore >>157856514, if you're being stomped, switch to a class that can shut them down. If they're spamming kritz, go vaccinator medic or battalion's backup soldier. If you're decent at sniper, switch to that class and get ez headshots. The majority of players are casual 12 year olds, though, so that situation doesn't really happen except on Payload. I have no idea what it is about Payload that attracts that sort, probably because it's such an easy game mode to do well on.

Valve caved in and added Snowplow due to r/TF2's bitching about it over EOTL, and then people realized that it was a horrible map when they finally had missions to do on it.

In hindsight you didn't miss out on much. The game was starved for content at the time, so getting something new was nice.
Playing on new maps was fun, contracts were fun to start with but got tiresome as you kept needing to repeat the same ones. Getting the skins as rewards felt better than getting bigger numbers on stranges, and the collectors aspect was neat.
It started the retarded rarity levels, which work well for the skins, every single cosmetic will have them from now on.
