I would argue Aksis phase 2 is the most challenging fight in the game purely because it requires communication and on-the-fly job switching.

The only other fights in the game that switch your job are Deathsingers and post-patch Atheon. But those fights don't require actual coordination, it's just everyone doing their job individually to get the whole task done.
