(Multi)class system is the key here (although only MC and the heroine can utilize it, all other party members have fixed classes). Inactive class(es) add their unlocked skills to the active class's lineup, but since mastering all 3 classes takes enormous time, you'll have to specialize MC and the girl to some extent.
Protip: both should have at least 7 levels of Mage since it gives AP restoration skill and AP cannot be restored in the field otherwise.

The first one is a bit barren, but I enjoyed the second a lot despite the bugs and all. It's not perfect but I love these kinds of managing games with some sense of progression.

Another one I REALLY loved was Slave Trainer. Boy that one was good.

Just finished Rune's Pharmacy. Damn fun, but this game was just unfinished in so many places i lost count.

All these potions/items that have no use and side stories that ends after one quest. I need more.

Was having lots of fun with Mature Quest until I got hit by a game breaking bug, every npc is treating the character as if she isn't wearing anything at all even with clothing on, and that is just straight up blocking the interaction with many needed stuff like the birthing hospital and the old man that sells keys. I had around 200 lewdness when the bug happened if that matters, anyone found a workaround, fix or any way to not let that happen?

Losing some progress is better than zero progress. I haven't started working on this part of the game yet. I was also hoping to making as easy as possible for anyone to help out. That VH project requires someone to 1) sign up on Assembla 2) Understand version control 3) use a 3rd party RPG Trans utility.
