Think about it though. If Terumi is just Susano'o then it doesn't make sense for Naoto to sense that he's from the Terumi clan, because he'd be ages older than said clan. Plus there's no relation between Susano'o and the clan that we know of that would make them literally relatives.
Then there's the fact that the base for No.5 might be Saya Terumi.
Couple that with the fact with the fact that the Sankishin units were supposedly found empty.
Pretty much everything regarding the inclusion of Naoto seems to have stacked up as true up to this point so I think there's some credibility to it.

Barely appears is kind of stretching it. Kokonoe's entire plan pretty much revolved solely around Celica, at least until it turned out Celica wasn't necessary at all. Also Ragna's (retreaded) development also revolved around Celica as well as protecting her was the reason he learned to fight without the Azure Grimoire. No Celica definitely was present to the point where I honestly believed she was going to hijack Noel's position as heroine.

Or like Rachel where she's super important even though she gets shitted on by Terumi and Izanami every other step. Celica, by and large, is loved by everyone and people behave differently around her. The worst example is when Celica is presented with Hakumen and she exclaims

I'm sorry but what? Hakumen can be described in many ways but funny isn't even in the same zip code to Hakumen's character. But the fact that both Hakumen and everyone else goes with it makes me wonder what the fuck is going on. Nine also behaves totally different around Celica. What's that? Nine loves her sister. Well doesn't she love her daughter too? You'd never know it based on what we see. Maybe she does but I sure as hell can't think of any examples. In fact she treats her with the same hostility as Jubei. What makes Celica so special.

Now perhaps there is something that grounds Celica a bit more in the novels or in CF but fuck if they bothered to include those qualities in her introduction. In fact her ONLY discernible weaknesses is that she's not a combatant and she has no sense of direction. And that combatant bit was circumvented with Minerva.
