Yes, you can through some fiddling. It doesn't unlock them properly though, as you cannot select them from the character select screen (it's just the ability to load them ingame by swapping characters).

I'm going to try to do some toying around. If anyone cares, here's the DLC ID's:

Tried redumping Akiba's trip with maidump, game is stuck on black screen after the loading page. Interestingly enough using old sce modules causes the game to run fine but with no dlc support. I guess the redump everything meme still needs to wait until we have a definitive version of maidump.

So what exactly defines a 1:1 rip and why is it important? I've been playing games ripped with the earliest vitamin and they seem to work fine.

There is no DLC aside from a 1Kb data.bin file that acts as a flag to activate the DLC. The textures/etc for DLC characters is stored in the update files, which is why they're so huge.

In other words, if you want to add the Ikkitousen girls to the US/EU game, you need the JP update and the US/EU update. From there, you replace the appropriate files.

Upon closer inspection the characters might also need a "sce_sys" folder that contains a "param.sfo" file too. Look at the other DLC characters and try to make the structure match that.

Just checked. The "param.sfo" files are unique to each character, and examining them on the Vita vita Vitashell shows they are tagged to each character. We either need to be able to edit the files to match the Ikkitousen character, or we need someone to dump the JP DLC (a 2Kb file).

Lads, please, I'm desperate. My 3DS is dying and some people said I could install a9lh on it, but I don't know anything about hacking, homebrew, etc.

Sometimes (almost always), it freezes when I try to do anything, opening games, settings, on the upper-left menu (the screen brightness), and I have to turn it off. When I remove the battery and hold the power button for some time, the next time I turn it on, it's all good. But I if turn it off and on again, it just freezes all over again.

So, my friend who I believe knows something about this, told me installing a CFW could help, as it "adapts" to the 3DS. And I would install it, but my fucking 3DS is on 11.1 and on Plaitec's guide, he says it's only possible to downgrade with hardmod.

So, how much am I fucked guys? Should I try installing a9lh + Luma (I don't even know what those are), or just wait for it to die? And to add to all that, I live in Brazil, so, buying another one is not really a viable option, as prices here are not so helpful

tl;dr My 3DS (11.1) is fucked up, but I can use it sometimes. Should I risk installing CFW? Is the only way through hardmod?

If your NAND (internal storage) is dying, then you can run an emunand. But I seriously don't think that's the case.

Unzip, all files in folder named TITLEID (that's the unique titleid for your game, not literally "TITLEID") in your ux0:mai folder.

Latest Mai lets you install DLC from TITLEID_addc in the mai folder, and I'm sure the updates work in a similar fashion. I forget the string.

Make sure to set loading mode to 5 if you want the DLC to work.

a9lh is installed at the very start of the NAND, but it's tiny <2MB and should be read reliably since the console at least boots reliably.

Once a9lh runs it just goes straight to the SD where it can boot your CFW and run the emulated NAND from SD. All the 3DS games will be stored on the SD too.

So, for the past three months, i've had some spider troubles. and I keep waking up with bites all over my chest and back, and sometimes arms.

About three months ago, I found the culprit, and entirely white house spider who likes to drop in on me every so often. But of the few times i've seen him, he IMMEDIATELY bolts, and makes it either to the window, another room, or the ventilation shaft under the bed. So he's always been elusive and gets away at the last minute.

As such, I started calling him Kaitou. And i've just figured these bites are his marks.

Well, today i was cleaning the bed and washing pillowcases, when I noticed something shiny sitting it the cubbyhole where I kept my vita, since i hadn't used it in several months, and it was behind some books. Well I pulled all that out to find the vita was sitting behind this HUGE funnel web from corner to corner of the headboard, and had about three common house spiders sitting in it.

So, after coming to terms that these housespiders were guarding my vita for me, as well as taking their fill every night, I swept away the web and released the three spiders outside where they can make bigger ones.

When i was done, I came back inside, sat down on my bed and decided i'd play the vita again. then i feel something creeping up on my shoulder. I look down, and Kaitou is RIGHT FUCKING THERE.

And because he freaked me out, I dusted him off, he ran under the bed, and probably back down the vent, So he still remains the elusive phantom blood thief.

I think Kaitou was telling me to ply more vita, so. I guess i'll do just that. Thanks Kaitou.
