The Javelin weapons needs a fucking Javelin pouch to make any kind of sense. They give swords sheathes. If they're fucking lazy enough to not model a cylindrical thing with a leather texture and some of the existing javelin model stuffed in it, I'm quitting. DaS1 firelink was the best because it could go to the Undead Burg, Parish, New Londo, Catacombs, Blightown, and Valley of the Drakes. DaS3 firekeeper is nothing special. She isn't too different from DeS, DaS2, and BB's equivalent.

About time someone said this. "I want a full lefthanded moveset" translates into "I want an offhand rapier" and/or "I want my smelter memestance back". Memes are memes and offhand rapiers were a thing in 3 for a while, and they got nerfed for a good reason. What I'd really want to see is the option to set lefthandedness the same way you set gender, it's silly you can do all this special snowflake shit to your eyes but can't even mirror your character model.

Quality warrior with 1800 health via life/favor.
Builds with 15 faith for regen/tears. Knight is sometimes used when you need 9/9 anyway for things like the gargoyle spear.
Everyone except for maybe onlyAfro has realized that they shouldn't use the prisoner's chain unless they're a low level twink.
About a third of the population has realized hollow builds never really help your AR, and the hollow infusion doesn't directly add bleed, it's just that leveling luck does.
For the most part you shouldn't level vitality until you've got enough health.

The meta is gargoyle spear, CCS, red hilted halberd, lucerne, and washing pole I'd say.
beneath that would be the double katanas, gotthards, astora greatsword, hollowslayer greatsword, and maybe wombo combo fists

Caestus parrying got nerfed (you might have been around for that), but it's still widely used. Weapon arts now require the full FP price to use, meaning you cant use them with just 1 FP via simple infused offhand tools.

Honorable mention for backup thrall axes.

those builds aren't really for the abilities themselves, it's usually people meeting faith weapon requirements and trying to get something else out of it. Tears is also good for people who actually want FP for weapon arts, since you can cast it then chug some blue estus and have it stay on forever until it's proc'd.

Body buffs like sacred oath are trash and weapon buffs with the bare minimum requirements aren't that much better than resins (iirc they do less than 50% more damage), save for flame arc which is a little harder to compare since it runs for 90 seconds instead of just 60. Tears and replenishment are basically used because there's not much else that's helpful.

For one out of two DLCs, 2 bosses isn't that bad. It's the DaS2 DLCs without the terrible "challenge area" bosses, it's half of the AotA DLC or half of TOH if you remove the Living Failures. Every boss is supposed to have 2 phases, which is better than the DaS1 and DaS2 bosses already. It might be the Firelink Leggings, I feel like they actually shrink your legs a little like Artorias' armor used to. But ya, this was my first character Im pretty sure, so I THOUGHT it looked good, and I had been wearing the knight leggings the entire time, so I guess I never actually knew how bad it really looked.

The Uchi and most katanas save maybe 2kat are not that good for PvE, and you only get 2kat at the end of the game anyway because the basic R1s are almost as slower then straight swords/curved swords and the running R1 is only good in PvP. There are far better bleed weapons. For good DPS Dex weapons I recommend a Rapier from High Wall. Otherwise most every good weapon you can make Sharp is good for Dex.

Bloodshades are really just getting started, and even if they wear out, something will take their place. Peeve has already said that if there is a Pontiff's-like area in the DLC he'll make another covenant for it, and I wouldn't be surprised if others latch onto the idea too.

I believe you backstab Anri, then drop down to a ledge on the cliff right outside the ruins, then wait for Anri and Horace to throw themselves off trying to hit you.The fall should kill both of them.
