In about three hours, a three-hour window is usually when it's best to monitor Gilgamesh's status but I wouldn't hold out hope. Just fork over the YoshiBux.

The ARR beast tribes quests start at a City-State headquarters. The HW tribes start with the beast tribes in their respective zones.

Beast tribe quests for ARR start unlocking as you get into the 40s levelwise, and the HW Beast Tribes unlock once you've finished certain sidequests or sections of the main storyline quest in HW.

It honestly depends on the fight. If you don't have to move during the opener, the standard Double Empyreal Arrow opener from Krietor's guide works fine. If you have to move during the opener, Aiurily's opener where you pop Minuet after a couple of GCDs is better. The differences between the two is that Krietor's opener has heavy emphasis on big dick DPS but has little to no room for Bloodletter procs. Aiurily's opener has more room from procs, and with more crit it can potentially surpass the Double Empyreal Arrow opener if not rival it.

When I picked up Overwatch I didn't like how people don't have multiple weapons like in TF2 but the utilities make up for it. Sure I don't get to hear Heavy say "FUNCART DOES NOT PUSH SELF" or Medic's "I am fully charged" or Demoman's screaming when he uses targe charge, but Overwatch's ultimates, lore, and flashiness more than substitutes.
