You can either preorder BBCF off the JP PSN store (which requires direct payment) so that you can get the demo, or wait until the US release. Personally, I recommend waiting until the US release because for once it's only 1 month after the JP one, so if you're not already a dedicated tournament player, it's better to wait.

If you actually feel like playing right away, then you could get CPE, but it's going to be very dead since the playerbase will mostly either have moved to CF, or just be taking a break until CF. Also depending on the character, routes and stuff can change for the next iteration.

topgaren's offense is definitely better than ogawa's, but ogawa's defense is much better than any other zato player, and zato doesn't need a super elaborate offense to begin with. ogawa's control in neutral and his comfort in controlling eddie is also better than others (except maybe topgaren).

marlin and sako are not bad, but their strength is mainly execution. and that's not as important as people think. it may be impressive to see, but it's not very useful more often than not.
