So when Ventus broke when Master Xehanort split his dark half from him, his heart connected and was mended by a piece Sora's newborn heart, which cause Ventus's dark half Vanitas to look like Sora? The reports make it sound like Eraqus' and Xehanort's master was a normal person, since he made Eraqus his successor, and Xehanort simply shifted to the dark on his own.

Playing through BBS now after coming from KH2FM. BBS feels considerably more clunky, about the same level of clunkiness I felt with the first half of KH1. There are a lot of maxed out abilities that I can't meld either. I don't usually like looking up guides for games, but I feel as though I'm really missing something here if I don't in terms of melding/gameplay. Any suggestions as to what I might be missing here?
