Post ways to fix Symmetra. Here's my ideas.

Reworking the E to actually be support would solidify her role in that category, imo

Sorry for the tumblr blog, this game last night has been bothering game all day. This guy was literally clueless, he sounded so lost and it seemed like if we explained it 100 times he still wouldn't have understood where he fucked up. These are the type of CoD babbies that instalock DPS and just try to farm kills at the expense of the team.

Seriously, you cannot carry in this game without trying to herd cats. Some people just don't listen, and others are just being carried by mechanical skill alone, but have piss poor map awareness and planning.

And to all the Genji chucklefucks that go "Oh don't shoot at a deflecting Genji, dumbass" that's not what's happening in my games. Players in my games know a hell of a lot better than to shoot deflecting Genjis. The problem comes when you're not even aiming at him and you're trying to pick off someone else- all of a sudden you just sent a fucking rocket into your teammate's face because WHOOPS- I didn't see Genji's tiny, red knife swinging indicator out of the corner of my eye.

They need to give it a big dumb shield effect so I, and my teammates, know to stop shooting in that general direction.

Zarya has been less of a problem for me since I started breaking out Tracer.

Somethings I've picked up

1. Don't shoot the shields is pretty useless advice. Any good Zarya can build charge and "not shooting the shields" is just asking Zarya to "fuck my shit up senpai for 6 seconds while I do nothing".

2. Zarya has 200 shield. Its important to realize this, because shields regenerate after 3 seconds. If you do less than 200 dmg in an engagement with Zarya, you wasted your time. For comparison, Roadhog, with his immensely large hitbox, his breather recovers 300hp. Imagine you are facing a skinny roadhog who can regain 200hp just by not having anyone shoot her (which ties back to point 1, if you "stop shooting" zarya, she regains hp).

(IMO if anything was changes about her is she should be 300hp/100 shields, the fact that she can regain an entire 200hp with no cooldown and without having to stop is so fucking OP).

3. Common sense, but take out the healers first. Again from point 2, Zarya technically has self heal.

I think s76 / McCree is fine as is, and plat shitters who think they have aim like Taimou can continue to throw games by going McCree instead of 76.

McCree actually has a relatively high skill floor considering how fast paced OW is. The fact that Pharah can be extremely viable below ~2800 just goes to show how the whole 76/McCree issue is only a dilemma at high level of play.

Just make both bubbles draw from a shared energy gauge that only recharges when no bubbles are up. If you toggle them like most people do outside of teamfights, they work the same as they do now. If you throw both out at once, they burn through the energy gauge and both fizzle out after 1 second. She's still able to pull off clutch saves, but can't just bring fights to a full stop any more.

The problem most people have is they think every ult should result in a team kill.

I have been healing your ass all game, I have more kills and objective time then you and your giving me shit? I do get a perverse sort of joy when they change to healer halfway through the next map and switch back to whatever they fuck they were before and continue to make no difference. I like two healers but holy shit please stop spamming it in my face, I am not going to leave the point and try to save your stupid lone ass halfway across the map.
