You can also just keep toggling it while they're out of the way until it equalizes. You can do it right now. Make yourself a pastebin of guides to fix telcomms, do basic repairs, to use rods from broken grilles and pry up surviving floor tiles to plate a breach over, repipe, getting sacid and soldering iron emagged shit or basic circs, rewire, sci to make posi's, botany/research botany to cryox dupe a whole lab of nympths that can grow and rebuild, make pAI's, shove borer eggs in a room with some stolen plasma, fix or build apc's, salvage and setup gas miners, minimizing repair time by glassing off 99% of the breach and rebuilding dept in surviving large rooms, getting boards and parts/flatpacks, even just setting up cloning from the tech storage spares. the most important role in webuild is making sure people know what's being done, who's actually doing what, and making sure they get the supplies they need. Anyone can slap metal on a breach but only you can tell them to glass it off to save 30 minutes, make sure they actually get circuits to start cloning, and get someone slapping posis and nymphs together to get gibbed people back in the round.

Go build comms platforms in space, salvage parts and get teleporter boards once research is done and set the destination to the telcommsat or tsci/weld into somewhere and stash a telebeacon so you can hand tele validhunters into gay baby jail. Go blow some stun revolvers or cargo tasers. Congrats, you can now recall indefinitely. t.CE of a 7 hour fuck your bitch nigger shit WEBUILD you fucking pussies.

Engineering is a fun department but with how easy it is to set up the power and then mess around with atmospherics just enough to make it a bit better I always end up without anything to do by 12:40.
Then either the entire station gets bombed to shit and I'm on my own so I can't reasonably fix it quick enough or I'm too bored to fix it. Last round I ended up becoming a junior detective and ended up being promoted to HoS, although that didn't achieve much but like, what can I do?
I don't have a lot of interests in autism projects I just like setting up the engine.

Unwrench the pipe caps, put a vol pump, manifold and digivalve so you can just passive vent the line empty. I don't think you have a socket wrench up there so if you change your mind on something you gotta empty it or move a vent to hook the new bit into it.
Then just go pipe and vent it as usual. There's air circs in the vendor and you can print or soldering iron more once you build a chem disp.

Nah, it's all practical. Most of it has a connector to put stuff in, and a connector to take it out after whatever you needed it to do stuff was done and they needed to be separate cause of connector contamination making either error or a bunch of extra work every time you swap. This was pre-sockets too so you'd want a way to empty the pipes into waste if your idea didn't pan out and you had to change temp or ratio. The 3-connector tweakers let you fiddle your gas to exactly the temp you wanted to faster and deeper than a freezer or a heater if you needed larger quantities. then there's redundant stuff like working off of your burnmix instead of the filtered plasma for when you're doing shit off of the incinerator as a librarian cause the vamp already killed everyone in sec and shit. It was finally a lab that let you work multiple mixes and change with little to no fuss instead of just maining one batch and sucking it up if it didn't pan out which was a bigger headache in lowpop where you were more likely to not only get the time to use all 6 valves and have to fax for more but also do all the tests for that config

It's pretty rare on top of the rarity of having a xenoarch that actually finds them but when it happens that's pretty much it. I've been thinking of a space platform toxins off the roid since the only other way to get around the gas supply issue without even more of a headache is running chutes to/from toxins for refills. being able to have a much more roundstart setup lab would be a godsend for actual research to be pactical on live outside of lowpop pseudo-extended vs local/test serb but holy dickballs it'd be a shitstorm on github.

I think the best case I have here is that Defficiency has a theater and the only time I've seen it used, a clown convinced me to be part of his play. The only attendee was the Warden who was passing by and stopped to see what we were doing. When he left the clown succ'd me, took my identity, and absorbed half the people coming into medbay under the premise of surgery.

Maybe Deffs theaters is in a bad place. Maybe people have moved on from the concept and it's a fond memory now. I will probably never forget hail2u. That was a high level magic show. But those don't come too often anymore, at least in my experience.

Hi, I'm Nuklear, people seem to be upset with Aurx over the deadmin thing but it's really no big thing.

I wanted to accomplish the same thing, which was to get everyone's contact info in one easy to access place, for all admins to have access to. In order to compile this information, it helps to have everyone place this info into one place.

I have most of the admins on steam, but I honestly don't know who most of these goddamn weeaboos are. I mean, Christ, I can minimize my friend list to its smallest size, but every tick I scroll still results in at least one anime reference or lame vidya game joke popping up via name or picture.

Dylan made a PR to make fridges destructible cause the people who voted no on his meteor round poll, won the no vote, then had to suck it up when dylan wound force meteors anyway would just sit in the fridge all shift they didn't even want in the first place. I don't think ANY Github collaborators should have absolute veto power, as far as the concept of a PR goes. If it isn't obvious whether the players like or dislike an idea, then it should go into a server poll. Otherwise no collaborator should be able to arbitrarily decide which PRs don't get through while acting under the guise of "the playerbase's will."
