Discard fist is better because it ruins the day of any Druid mill who doesn't have a perfect draw. I learned it the hard way.
Discard Golem is bad because it gives me a target for Naturalize while having a minion to hit your face for free.
Fist on the other hand forces me to use naturalize on my murlocs, while opening my face for the first.

And that three card combo you mentioned is the only way to make use of it, and it basically needs to be dscounted by apprentice to work otherwise you cannot deal damage on the same turn. Really it's like a 5 card combo because you need frost bolt as well. You're not dealing more than 10 or so extra damage with it which is terrible for a finisher. If you're not going to win outright you're better off playing antonidas or Malygos.

Oh, and dont forget that so long as I dont use the weapon, they keep charge. They deal their buffed damage the turn their played so long as the opponent doesn't have taunt. The weapon doesnt attack until I oil it with the deckhand, and thats usually enough to push to win anyway.

Execute was just a 1 mana instant version, Brutal Strike was also 1 mana, but lost the instant tag in favor of being able to ping (warriors didn't have a lot of ways to actually ping in the TCG), and iirc there was a 2 mana version but I might be remembering wrong since I can't remember what made that one special.

Turn five rolls around. The weapon is still there from turn 2 (or turn 1 if I coin it). Deckhand+Oil, just like the classic oil rogue combo. You repeat that ever turn after 5 until win.

Its 50/50 against everything else, but so long as theres no shortage of millspam druids, its golden. At the least, its good for pissing off druids.

There are so many ways to build a deck in this brawl that counters something. The only way you would not be able to make a deck is if you just started.

The whole deck is clunky.
It's a six drop, of which you don't want any more, and a subpar one. Murloc knight is not as good as it was when it was ran in secret paladin.
Your win condition is having magician hit two tribes or more (ideally on turn 5). That's literally the only thing of substance this deck does. Zoobot is used to keep them alive or out of range.
It makes no sense not to run her twice.
Point im trying to make is that menagerie is literally keep your early game up or die. Which is also why Argent Protector is important as divine sheild makes too much sense in this deck. Make adjustments accordingly and weight your deck to care about turn 2 the most. Also run Brann.

mech hunter is easily the strongest deck in the brawl. it beats mill druid, bolster warrior and face spell decks(other mill counters). only loses to iceblock frost nova fireball and godly barnes rng

mech hunter is unfavored vs discardlock, the actual #1 deck of the brawl

The thing about netdecking is that there is literally no way to do anything about it. No person, no organization, no developer could implement any single or combination of things to prevent netdecking without just straight up preventing 99% of the playerbase from playing the game.
