Doesn't matter what MR you are. It's you playtime that matters. If you've actually played long enough you should have gotten it by now. I got 5 of them to drop which compared to other players is not a lot. 2 on the moon and I believe the others on draco (pre-nerf) and other grineer tiles.

It's not, I just used it, but it's kinda rough at first to stay alive long enough to pop it. Really annoying to be 200 seconds into the cooldown only to be teleported and watch yourself die while your frame takes a minute to look at its hands for a while.

Seriosuly, i wish i could know the entire backstory of war within form their end. They though it would be readsy/wanted to release that shit 3 months ago. 3. fucking. monhts. there isnt any kind of issue that could cause such a massive delay in the kiddiepool-shallow kind development DE is doing, especially considering they were able to produce near WW caliber content updtes in the deleayed time alone.
So the most likely explanattion is that they knew damn well they wont be able to ship on the 3months ago date, several month ago, so why parrot it? They even made a fucking website for it.

But lets say they indeed bit off more than they could chew. In that case, lets review what should have been in WW:
-lunaro.
MASSIVE waste of time and effort. What could they still be doing related to that?
Dedicated servers. Conidering DEs abhorrent networking skills, to the point they cant even make a working matchmaking, i would say this is eating up 80% of the current devtime
-starmap rework, junctions
fair enough, this is an area that need work. too bad they only made it worse, but at least gives newbies a sense of progression, and rapes them up the ASS wiht barbed dildos.
We can safely assume work on any starmap related content is done

considering how fast they ditched the original idea, they plopped the module intoa random corner in the liset, fucked p teh conversionscript, and much more, i would say this shit took 1-2weeks to make tops.
Also after a few minor tweaks like rarity indicators and adjussted prices, as well as raping vets with teh vaulting rework, i would say that this is also done and no further work is being done.

What bothers me is that amidst the abomination of a stream during pax they gave away the first script page of a 7th rewrite. And the table read for it occurred only a few days prior, meaning they only just now got around to it.

Best case scenario, it's gonna take a grand total of 20 minutes to complete, barring timegates. The tileset shown a month or two ago was pretty much complete yet it's still not out.

What should an Oberon rework look like? I'm partial to the idea of giving him anti-Eximus themed powers, since that's how he's obtained and as far as I know there's nothing in the game that specifically affects Eximus shit. His heal also needs to be at least on par with Blessing or he should be able to spam health orbs at the level Nekros (i.e. without having to rely on a weak ass ability killing enemies).

Smite is now a toggled ability. Use it, and then whenever you attack with a melee weapon (which costs energy) or block (which doesn't) you give yourself damage resistance. More damage resistance for more damage dealt. It also gives you free channeling. An augment lets you share the damage resistance to others.

Like Trinity's Link, except it links to nearby allies and warframes. Oberon takes all the damage his allies (or defense targets) otherwise would. Also comes with a hefty pile of damage resistance.

>[3] Renewal
Make it a mini-blessing that triggers multiple times in a row. So it's like three tiny blessings after a short duration.

>[4] Righteousness
I've got two ideas for this. One: It converts a cluster of enemies to your side for a duration. Power level increases the types of enemies you can convert. Simple stuff like crewmen or lancers need a 70% or more, but eximus need 200% or more. An augment makes the conversion permenant, but decreases their level by 30%/20%/10%.

Then the other creates 1/2/3 melee-only knight spectres that run around and stomp shit using sword-and-board, kicking everything's teeth in and picking up fallen warframes. They're badasses, and get boosted by Obby's melee mods. Augment makes them last as long as Oberon has energy, the damage they take is instead done to Oberon's energy.
