Here's the one i'm using.

All the essentials from Alchemy (primarily the Toxicity increase + Mutagen boost) and the essentials from Melee (Fast attack with dumps in Rend).

It will be the base for my NG+ playthrough and i'll probably dump more in rend then see where it takes me. I've rolled a Signs and Alchemy build(s) for my past two playthroughs and they are both ridiculously OP. This one seems to be more tactical/fun without feeling as if i'm intentionally gimping myself
