I just tested with skeleton QCMA method, works.

1. Go to anon's doc and download EU game, EU game update, Chunk27.tpk and 83DLC files.
2. Extract main game.
3. Extract update, you should get a corruption error, ignore it.
4. Place the chunk27 file into update folder -> tpk.
5. Copy everything in the update folder and paste it into extracted game folder, replacing all the files.
6. Standard skeleton QCMA process.
7. (optional for DLC) Extract 83DLC and just place it into the folder where the dumped DLC goes into through molecule.
