Best way to use them is in a party grinding. Due to modifiers they actually give closer to 190% exp than the actual +300% they claim.
At best they'll take the 30-40 hours you have to grind down to something like 15-20. Provided you're willing to pay about $7 for every hour you grind.

Use them if you got them for free, but those 8x exp tomes are so shit it's cheaper to pay some chink to power level for you than it is to buy them.

Being a fake multi hit means it has a modifier at the end of the formula. I think that in Barbed Arrow it depends on armor, but Seism for instance gets +70%, while some cata skills are a bit over +100%

Nah, it's related to a quest with a timer you can cause to bug out so the timer resets to 10 minutes after counting down. So waves and waves of mobs just spawn and they give pretty good exp and aren't really hard to kill.
But since I have no damage eventually I get overwhelmed by the constant barrage of 1 damage and it fucking shreds my armor.

But I'm not exploiting anything ok! It's a feature!

I remember making millions early in the game's release by AFK farming tripede thorns in a quest with instant respawn. And I'm pretty sure it still works.

It's kind of hard to accidentally advance to a class anon.

You got to select the class which you can reselect at anytime. Then go to a NPC and accept a quest you can cancel at anytime. Then you need to do the quest and hand it in.

It's hard to do all that by accident.

And chances are if they do add it, it'll be expensive as fuck and/or probably limited in some way to prevent casual respects every day.

Cannon is shit with Str. Stick with dex, especially if your previous circles are more Dex inclined. Str really doesn't add a huge amount to cannons already stupid high blast damage which is the only skill worth using.
Although with r8 coming I believe cannon will be able to be a more main source of damage rather than a supplementary one to your other circles. With this even builds that focus more on Str should restat into Dex heavy builds to make use of cannons high burst.

I'm back after a long time, and I'm bit lost on what to do.

My character was a Hoplite-Corsair that was following this build:

At the time, this build used to be common to Shinobi, while going full DEX.
I stopped on R6(because I didn't manage to get the item to turn into a shinobi) while being full dex.

My question is:
There is still a way to save this character? Take note that I have the stat reset potion from the event, and a skill reset potion also form an event and I'm willing to use them if I need.

What should be my stats?
Is this skill build okay?
What about R7/R8? What should I take?

As a final note, I have no interest in PVP, so, if possible, recommend something for PVE.

It's extra damage. With Enchant fire, Enchant Lightning and Sacrament you could have gotten 3 bonus damage lines. That would be 2000 damage per auto attack. As a Wizard I drop all my AOEs then jump around auto attacking shit while jumping around. 2000 extra damage per attack could have been really useful.

It's better than nothing anon. It could have been an extra 2000 damage on my autos + 500 damage everytime my AOEs hit.

But it's not. It adds no damage line and is bugged so of the +500 damage it should add you get less than half of that in most cases.

The Koreans have done all kinds of tests and they've just been left wondering what the fuck. They're certain shit is either bugged as fuck, or the class is just that bad and they're demanding IMC address the issue or offer an explanation.

I have +15 Circle Rod at lvl3 transcend with full lolopanther set. Everything is least +10 and with at least lvl8 gem. Not to mention all my skills are at 100 attribute. With this setup I can complete with dragoon2 for 1st in DPS.

Fletchers don't level up at all because they lose critical %. As soon as they have Fletcher C3 unlocked they max out the only skill that matters with the 5 skill points saved and then start farming and dumping money into the attributes.

Any level 280 fletcher is pathetic damage.

They don't have consistent damage just OP burst. Fletcher is a weak fucking class once they have used their skill they literally sit there and hit Barrage and AFK.

At this point, I honestly think this is the only way to make the game big again. Every class needs 2 to 4 more skills, at least one more per circle. The stats system needs to be redone from the ground up. All monsters above Lv200 need to be made, instead of using recolors of old monsters. The game's engine has to be rewritten from scratch. It's clear you haven't played PD so I'll explain for you. Incinerate, just like Disenchant, requires you to be animation locked for about a full second before it starts the animation. In this time you cannot redirect it.

This means that your target has to be standing still for about 2 seconds between you start the skill and finish it.

This means that, in order for that ebin remove buff shit to work, your target has to be either AFK or already CC'd. That means the things you want to remove most, say Prophecy and Bloodletting, you can never actually remove because they already have those buffs on them and so are immune to your debuff ability.

The only way you can land incinerate or disenchant on someone with CC immunity is with a knockdown. This means you need a class that can provide you knockdowns for a 50% chance at removing buffs with a long cooldown.

Prophecy has a 25 second cooldown by the way.

A lot have nothing particularly unique about them, and you just take the class because it's just the best choice for you.
I mean, the only real difference between something like a Ranger and Cannoneer is one is a higher rank and does a shit load more damage.
