Invasion on Spire and Boneyard are 2 of the highlights of the franchise when it comes to the multiplayer. Just having the dynamic of trying to steal a core up on top of a spire was fucking fantastic and having to offload it to a pelican was even better. 343 could easily do this, as evident with Warzone.

It was always their plan to keep both TU and non-TU gametypes together.

Microsoft Slave Bungie > Certain Affinity > Freeman Bungie > Activision Bungie > 343 Industries

Bungie was best when they were kept on a tight leash. Once M$ eased up, they dialed back the intensity of their attempts to make deadline. Hell, Halo 2 had to be restarted almost from scratch in under a year before launch and it still have us a better campaign than 3, which also launched with less maps than CE and 2 and actually technically speaking had worse hit detection and a worse FOV than CE and 2 as well. It also broke the Xbox 360's promise of "no 1st party non-HD games." Then they went completely independant and gave us Reach.

I'd like to rank 343 better than Acti-Bungie but after Halo 5 and MCC, that's just impossible.

I genuinely prefer metroid prime to CE. I mean, there's only a few month's difference in their release. But it genuinely outclasses CE, maybe even 2, visually, atmospherically, soundtrack and gameplay for the most part as well.
