The W does basically nothing in the middle of the lane, as your tentacles are always in the brushes, you jump at your opponent who now can do whatever the fuck he wants with you, and the damage is laughable unless you trigger multiple tentacles.

Yes, the ult lets you 1 shot enemies, especially turn around ganks fairly well, but most people just disengage asap.

That's not the point. You said you make new accounts, level them, and then get them to D5. That's terrible time management, as leveling an account to 30 takes a large investment, even if you're cheesing bot games or making an afk strat.

I start corrupting, get warhammer + cowl / fist depending on matchup, finish cleaver, finish boots, finish second item.

The Ryze pushed me out of lane multiple times, but never really managed to kill me solo.
I got lucky on him 4 times and managed to take him down, since he took me for a drooling retard and super greeded trying to kill me.

I did have a good lead, 4 0 1 at some point, but couldn't translate that into anything.
Yi, even if super far behind with 3 5 0 stats, just kills me in 3 hits, regardless of how much armor I have. Ryze dodges all day and blows me up in seconds while having more HP than me.
The other 3 are too elusive to ever catch with the E, and even if, hitting the E will never outright kill anyone, even if the spirit is killed.

The E is impossible to hit in lane, since all the enemy does is either straight up all-in me, or farm behind creeps while poking.

Actually chogath is one of the very few champions that make good use of stormsurge. You should definitely try it, especially when playing him mid, not top.
Also run hybrid pen marks instead of magic pen if you have them. By giving up a few ponts of magic pen you get a lot of armor pen for your strong base AD autos (enhanced even further by natural talent which you should be running already because vampyrism is neglible on the background of chogath's passive). AS marks work too.

Rate my garbage ideas for an Aatrox rework

Passive- (whatever his sword is called), Aatrox has his sword as an item (like Viktor) and gains one of two currencies whenever his W hit last hits a unit (based on which stance he is in, hunger on healing last hits, fury on damaging) that can be spent on perks, kills and assists on champions grant one of each.
Keep blood well and revive, lose the attack speed passive.

Hunger and fury can be spent on perks or on upgrading the stats (to a cap) on the sword, hunger on upgrading attack speed, fury on AD

Q much the same, can be upgraded with either currency. One will increase the knock up to match the damage radius(fury), the other gives 1.5 seconds of CC immunity at the start of the cast(hunger).

W now has a 10 to 5 second cool down based on rank and primes the next hit for the damage or healing on cast.

E can be perked to either grant Aatrox slow reduction when moving toward units tagged (hunger) with it or armor penetration for himself only when attacking targets tagged (fury).
W hits on E debuffed targets grant hunger or fury

Ult still grants increased range and attack speed but can be perked to either give half the attack speed to allies in the radius on cast or on having it Autocast on revive with no cool down.

Alternative names for the currency something like glory and strife, endurance and aggression. Whatever.

Karthus is a bit different from other mages. Other mages want to stay back and stay alive, but with Karthus you want to be in the fight and you WANT to die. The point is to be an untargetable area of constant damage for your team to capitalize on, and you primarily use your ult at the later part of your passive to cast because they can't cancel it and you've already landed quite a bit of damage before it.

For that team comp you would have wanted volibear and leona to follow your engage and keep them locked down in your defile. Leo ult being a great follow up because she stuns and boosts allies damage with her passive allowing your abilities to hit even harder. I'd also suggest a zhonyas rather than a second RoA.
