Basically,her Q becomes a skillshot that changes the angle when you hit a target and bounces that way,its kinda hard to explain,but it deals 50% more damage to the next target after the bounce,up to bonus 150% damage(meaning you can get 250% damage,but it is almost impossible to do for me,i might be just bad though).There will be indicators about her Q toss and bounce,she will still have both AP and AD scalings on everything except her bounce,which will have AD only,but her AD ratios are pretty bad,except her ult,which has 225% bonus AD ratio,and 150% AP ratio.
You can basically shunpo while ulting,and it empowers it.
That's pretty much it,her W will stay pretty much the same except you will get more MS from it.Her AP ratios are decent as well.

Jinx has always been relevant but I don't see her picked often (I'm not complaining). As for skins: Pool Party its what she was teased with so it feels way over due. A cyberpunk/project skin (i'm a sucker for cyberpunk things). A bride Jinx skin where when she ults she says "I do!" (this is just being shamelessly self indulgent). Academy Jinx would also wonderful. A reverse/sane Jinx would also be unique.
