After 3200 you start seeing people with top 500 avatars in every game, I kinda disagree with that being the threshold for just "very good" right now. The placements are also fucking with some people's ranks, in plat games you can easily see people who were low 50s or high 40s picking bastions and junks in every game. The rank system is pretty messy to be honest, people should wait couple weeks before making lists like these.

First of all, winning with Rein depends on your teammates not being total shitters - I yell at them to get behind my shield, kill turrets/Bastions and keep Tracer away from me for good measure.
If your team doesn't do that, I recommend switching for another hero because it'll just be a painful shitshow.
In my opinion Rein is best for aggressive pushes - go in, clear out any camping assholes and take the point. If you have everyone behind you and are tanking don't drop your shield for a single Tracer or Genji - let your team deal with them (if they're not able to, they're shitters and you should switch heroes).

The hardest part is judging whether you should go in fast and hard or be a shield for your team to take out Torb/Bastion/snipers. It'll get easier when you have more playtime and maybe even play with mic.

Your ult should prioritize the classic asshole supports like Mercy and Zenyatta. Only charge immediately after hammer down if you need to get them off the point during overtime; otherwise just flamestrike and beat them to death.

I kinda want them to try out lowering damage by 20% across the board. Everybody. I think the DPS character obsession happens because it's hard to counterplay being deleted, and DPS classes can get to deleting just about everything right now, and Overwatch should be more of a team game. Lower DPS indirectly nerfs flankers because there's more time for people to react.

Genji needs a health nerf.
Mccree needs to focus on being short range DPS, they need to take away his medium range.
Winston needs an RMB alt-fire
Mercy needs something more complex to her character design.
Rework Torbjorn and Symmetra
